Starting with the 2017 SPRING/SUMMER collection, BIRTHDAYSUIT is introducing clothing with unique wit and delicate details inspired by various cultural elements.

By studying contemporary silhouettes and details, and emphasizing the touch of the skin, we create 'clothes', one of the most basic elements of our daily life, and at the same time suggest a 'style' that allows anyone to show their best form.

BIRTHDAYSUIT 22AW “PRISM”

The BIRTHDAYSUIT 22AW collection is inspired by artist Hugo Rondinone's 'Seven Magic Mountains'. Seven Magic Mountain is a work of neon colored heavy, round limestone stones installed in California's Mojave Desert. In the middle of a barren desert, these stone pillars never lose their color under any circumstance. As I continue to look at this work, I think of PRISM, which scatters the light and illuminates countless colors like a rainbow. This season, BIRTHDAYSUIT wanted to create clothes that were enchanted by the colors like Seven Magic Mountain and Prism. I hope you can feel the power of color in beautiful and colorful colors. Any color will blend harmoniously with our uniqueness with a bold attitude.
