ALBERTIO SANTOS-DUMONT told LOUIS-FRANCOIS CARTIER that using a pocket watch while flying was unstable and impractical, and LOUIS-FRANCOIS CARTIER reflected this and created CARTIER SANTOS, the first men's wristwatch.
