Being our best running partners in co-running for quite some time now seems to boost our creativity, curiosity and even our confidence. KUTA DISTANCE L.AB is fueled by our desire to share experiences beyond ourselves. Because we know that our collective experiences can have a huge impact on our happiness and well-being. Even more so with physical activity. My own experience and the fact that feelings are stronger when they are shared, all of this reinforces the experience, making it more firmly entrenched in the memory. So, running the distance with a running partner can be a very spiritual experience. When you lift your feet off the ground, you literally take off and get high on endorphins.
